I spent my ‘corporate life’ in a high-pressured and demanding role. After returning to work from maternity leave after my first child, I found it increasingly hard to continue in such a stressful position and maintain the work - life balance.
I turned to reflexology when trying to conceive our second child. We had not had any problems with our first child, so were quite shocked when things were not going as we planned the second time around. I have experienced the emotional roller coaster of sub-fertility and have complete empathy with those in a similar position.
It was during this time I decided that I needed to address the balance in my own life, so I left my job and, after my daughter was born, I enrolled on a course to qualify as a Reflexologist. I am also qualified in Maternity Reflexology, Reflexology to assist Fertility and have attended many workshops and skill development days as I am committed to keeping my skills and knowledge updated through Continual Professional Development.
I am passionate about Reflexology and believe wholeheartedly in the wellbeing of my clients. I am fully insured and am a member of the Association of Reflexologists.
I have my own treatment room in Hook, Hampshire a few minutes from Junction 5 of the M3, easily accessible from Basingstoke, Hartley Wintney, Fleet, Odiham, Chineham, Sherfield-on-Loddon, Old Basing and Yateley.
