Jill Lewis MAR

I spent my ‘corporate life’ in a high-pressured and demanding role. After returning to work from maternity leave, I found it increasingly hard to continue in such a stressful position and maintain the work - life balance. During this time I started receiving reflexology treatments which I found really relaxing and hugely improved my sleep quality and general wellbeing.

In time however, I gave up work completely to be at home with my young family. I then started thinking about what I could do to fit in around my family life, and had a strong desire to change direction to find something I would find both fulfilling and enjoyable.

I enrolled on a reflexology course at the Practitioners School of Reflexology and was awarded an ABC Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology.

I am passionate about Reflexology and believe wholeheartedly in the wellbeing of my clients. I am fully insured and am a member of the Association of Reflexologists.

I have my own treatment room in Hook, Hampshire a few minutes from Junction 5 of the M3. I am easily accessible from Basingstoke, Hartley Wintney, Fleet, Odiham, Chineham, Old Basing and Yateley.

I am also an associate member of Integrated Health Professionals, Integrated Health Professionals.
